At Sierra Service Center we recognize the additional stress which can be caused by having a vehicle failure problem when family members are far apart.  Sometimes it is difficult to effectively communicate a technical problem experienced with a vehicle to a deployed spouse. 

To help make the decision making process a little easier we can send email estimates, including digital photographs where possible, to deployed spouses in order that they can have a better understanding of repairs which need to be made and participate in the decision making process.  This may be by asking additional questions or just confirming the repairs are necessary and of course our prices are acceptable.
