The folks at this service center exude trust and confidence just by the way they answer the phone. Before they "fix" your car they determine what is needed then discuss it and the cost with you - and you don't get strong-armed with things you don't want and probably don't need. Since I, (and probably most folks) don't really know the "what for's nor how to's (or they presumably wouldn't be here) and thus rely on "Ernie & the crew" to do the job right at reasonable cost. That is what I wanted and feel that is what I got. Strongly recommend Sierra Service for your automotive needs and wants.

Promised they would have the car done same day, and they delivered! They worked until almost 10pm on a Saturday night. Would go to them again.
