The service advisor Ernie was extremely professional and very understanding of the vehicle issues I experienced and provided all the necessary options to make an informed decision about how to best proceed. Very clean and organized shop that puts many others to shame. My only criticism is the $144 diagnostic check to diagnose technical code fault issues is not applied as a credit to the bill if you elect to have maintenance performed. I do highly recommend this local Sierra Vista operation especially when vehicle warranties expire at dealerships. A 10% military veteran discount and/or AAA discount are offered off of labor costs and greatly appreciated.
