Sierra Vista Auto Repair

I am brand new to the area and, of course, the middle of monsoon season and my window decided to stop rolling up. I tried calling two other places and they couldn't see my car for a few days. They were also short and rude on the phone. So, I tried calling Sierra Service Center. Jimmy answered the phone professionally with kindness. I brought my car in right away and I had it back and fixed in a matter of hours. Jimmy knew what was wrong with it from my description on the phone and confirmed the problem within five minutes of me arriving. He was obviously very knowledgeable. I had my car back by that afternoon! Jimmy was great and I was impressed by how clean the shop waiting room was. He also warned me that my breaks and break fluid both needed some attention. This was a free diagnostic check! A few days later, Jimmy called to confirm that everything was working properly and to thank me for my business. Overall, this was a great experience! The shop is full service and I will return to do my breaks in the near future and for any other work my car may need! It is great to have a mechanic in town that I can trust.

waaaaaay over priced for a simple oil change

Jimmy, Chris, Jean and the guys at Sierra Service Center have taken consistently good care of us since we arrived in Sierra Vista. We have brought both our cars to them and have always been impressed by their attentiveness and thorough way of dealing with our cars. As we aren't from here (AZ or USA!), they also gave us some great local advice and introduced us to some great local food. I would highly recommend SSC to anyone. You are in good hands here. Great service! Friendly service and always fast

Very fast service, I walked in, and an hour later my car was fixed without even prior scheduling. Jimmy and his crew also determined that my car would cost less to fix than the initial estimates. They were very helpful and had a positive attitude. The price was reasonable. I know I'm going back next time.

I took my vehicle to SSC last year for clutch work. They fixed my clutch quickly and for a good price and then they took another 10 percent off as a military discount. Almost one year later my clutch failed due to a faulty part. SSC said it was still under warranty and fixed it for free. They could have easily blamed it on something else and charged me for the repair, and I wouldn't have know the difference but they didn't. SSC is a top notch shop, run by honest and courteous staff. The best auto shop I have ever dealt with.

An Extremely Professional and competent family owned car service center. I was extremely pleased with their service and workmanship after they successfully swapped my engine in my honda. I highly recommend their service to anyone for any type of problem. Prices are fair and the customer service is second to none and they are the only certified shop in town that will guarantee their work for up to 12 months. The only thing that could make the shop better is if they decided to move to Colorado Springs with me :-)

These guys did some work on my son's classic corvette over the summer, which I then shipped to him in VA. Then he moved to KS and had a problem with the car. I went in and described what had happened. While Jimmy and the guys couldn't do anything from here to fix my son's car, they were extremely helpful in calming both of us down, and giving first rate advice on what to do. I've been taking all our cars to SSC since we moved here and would never go anywhere else! I also love that they don't patronize me because I'm a female!!!

I've been shopping around for a used car and found one @ work that I brought into SSC to have it checked out. The guys were awesome once again and gave me the heads up on the car and that heads up spared me buying a car that was not in very good shape. Jimmy and his crew are my go to guys, I get straight answers and awesome advice and impeccable service. Thanks for the help guys!
