Just moved to Sierra Vista this spring and I was really happy to find Sierra Service Center. They were very thorough and knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer. I definitely will use them when my car needs service or repairs.
I really hate doing this because the customer service was good and everyone I talked to was very friendly but I was quoted way too much and given incorrect information. I was told I needed new front brakes and rotors. I was quoted 900 for just that. I asked if the rear brakes needed attention and was told they were fine. One week later I take it to Midas and they tell me I need more work than that on the front brakes and need rear brakes and rotors too. Midas took me out to the shop and showed me the damage on the van while it was on the lift so I could confirm I wasn't just being ripped off. For more than double the work at Midas I was quoted only 1200.if I had listened to the techs at Sierra service center I would have only gotten a very partial fix for more than double what I should have paid. Edit: only ended up costing 1045 when all said and done.
