I took my truck to this location based on the reviews that i had read, hoping that my experience would be likewise. It was. First I was kindly greeted, then asked what type of service I was looking for. Nothing easier than an oil change. Cheap here too! I told them there was no need to rush, even though they offered such. A little later I was contacted and informed of other maintenance options. Some were expensive; so instead of saying 'sure' i asked for an explanation of each choice. The employee clearly described each work and gave me the positive effects they would have on my vehicle. So, I chose the best bang for the buck. A little later I was called and informed that my truck was ready for pickup. Went in, was again well greeted, was asked if I needed anything for my short wait, and then given my bill. It's never good to see your bill at an automotive shop; but, I wasn't disappointed at all. After I paid, I got in my truck and instantly felt its smooth insides doing their job. The work was great. I hope it stays this way until its next round. If not, this review will be updated accordingly.

This is the way automobile service is supposed to and Sierra Service Center is now servicing all our vehicles. A while back, I stopped by to meet the crew at Sierra Service Center, and wound up dropping off my wife's rig. Now, I have sent my own rig in for nurturing and TLC (that's what they need).
