Called 1 week in advance to schedule timing belt replacement. Made it very clear to use OEM items. Was given a 24 hour turn around. Upon calling after 24 hours I was told it would be noon the next day. I understand inconveniences. Next day I show up at the projected time. Wheels are off, cabin filter taken out, air filter taken out. I did not ask for these items to be inspected. It was 54 hours to complete the task. After inspecting the vehicle I notice the coolant is not to factory specification. I call to provide an opportunity to remedy the situation. I was told I'd have to wait. Finale: coolant is fixed, vehicle is driving, let's hope I don't have to use the warranty.
