Sierra Service Center
Went in in July. Pretty great service. Ernie really is just the kindest. They checked my AC and said the condenser was broken, fixed that and a few other things (oil change, fluids, etc.) Got an automated text to bring my car in went and was told they didn't have to see it again even though the first time I took it in they told me to bring it in to check to see if there were any more leaks. By August/September I had to bring it in again but couldn't until recently. Took it in on a Friday at 0840 even though my appointment was actually for 0900. Got a call at0906 and 0948. Basically asking if they didn't get to it Friday if I could get it back Saturday/over the weekend. I told them I'd prefer to get it back than have it stay there. I called them at 1634(434 pm) to get an update. They said they still weren't able to diagnose the problem and that they would return it Monday. I told them I'd rather get it back today. They said I had agreed with them keeping it and that I couldn't take my car. I drove by on Monday at 0840 and saw them drive my car into the lift area and my ONSTAR tracks every time the car is turned on, how long, and where the car is driven. It was only moved the morning I took it in(friday) and on monday... I got a call at 0905 for the diagnostic and estimate. For my AC issue the first time I spent about 900. The new estimate was for about 800. "Because it wasn't leaking originally" ended up paying 180 for diagnostics only. I declined all other services.
