I rolled into town with my V-8 Ford diesel running on only four cylinders, they started on almost immediately, the part required was out of town, but was promised the truck by nine the next morning, and was offered a ride to a motel; I showed up a bit early next day and it was already done, and at the price I was quoted... they're good guys.

This place is the real deal, believe the hype. Excellent experience from picking up the phone to ask for a same day appointment, and they were able to get me in at a time that worked for me. Very satisfied with the work performed for a 30,000 mi service, done quickly and the entire staff was very friendly.

Terrific service. They diagnosed the problem and recognized it was still under warranty. They called the Ford shop and got us in right away. Didn't cost anything! Good people!

Update: Visited this location again on 1-30-2020. Needed an oil change and spark plugs and the team was really good about helping me out. Fair price and they got me out the door faster than expected. Still chugging after 4 years and still the same friendly vibe. 5/5 Visited this location on 4-16-16. Truck was dead and was forced to tow it. Sierra Service Center was really helpful in coordinating a tow, finding the problem quickly (blown fuse), and repairing it. Jim the owner was really easy to work with, and offered great professional upkeep advice and a fair price on all services. Highly recommend this location because most dealerships are closed on Saturdays and for those of us who need weekend upkeep done look no further! AAA location as well. Mom and Pop shop atmosphere with excellent service 5/5.

Great customer service! I appreciate all the work they did trying to find the right part for my vehicle. This was over-the-top customer service and one of my best experiences with a mechanic. I would definitely recommend this shop for any auto repair. The NAPA service guarantee is also a bonus. Thanks for all the hard work!

This place was great! I had my jeep wrangler and honda pilot worked on here. The service was timely and thorough, they never tried to sell me more than what was necessary. I trusted them to work on my vehicles and would highly recommend them to anyone!
