Sierra Vista Auto Repair

Sierra Vista Auto is the best place to get your vehicle repaired in southern Arizona!! They drove me to the mall while they fix my vehicle! It needs so much work, but I'm going to repair it as I receive more paychecks, so I will be back in two weeks!! They helped me understand what was wrong with my vehicle, and they didn't pressure me into having them fix every little thing in one day.

I am very pleased with the service I received here. Jimmy and his team are very honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wish I had found this place sooner! I highly recommend Sierra Service Center.

Jimmy, Chris, Jean and the guys at Sierra Service Center have taken consistently good care of us since we arrived in Sierra Vista. We have brought both our cars to them and have always been impressed by their attentiveness and thorough way of dealing with our cars. I am brand new to the area and, of course, the middle of monsoon season and my window decided to stop rolling up. I tried calling two other places and they couldn't see my car for a few days. They were also short and rude on the phone. So, I tried calling Sierra Service Center. Jimmy answered the phone professionally with kindness. I brought my car in right away and I had it back and fixed in a matter of hours. Jimmy knew what was wrong with it from my description on the phone and confirmed the problem within five minutes of me arriving. He was obviously very knowledgeable. I had my car back by that afternoon! Jimmy was great and I was impressed by how clean the shop waiting room was. He also warned me that my breaks and break fluid both needed some attention. This was a free diagnostic check! A few days later, Jimmy called to confirm that everything was working properly and to thank me for my business. Overall, this was a great experience! The shop is full service and I will return to do my breaks in the near future and for any other work my car may need! It is great to have a mechanic in town that I can trust.

waaaaaay over priced for a simple oil change

Great service! Friendly service and always fast

Very fast service, I walked in, and an hour later my car was fixed without even prior scheduling. Jimmy and his crew also determined that my car would cost less to fix than the initial estimates. They were very helpful and had a positive attitude. The price was reasonable. I know I'm going back next time.
