Alex, your 2002 BMW came in with a broken fan clutch. You were advised of this and declined to replace it. Further you were advised that your belt tensioner and pulley assembly also needed replacement. You had a nine hour drive in front of you to New Mexico and said you would replace it at the next BMW service center. Given the condition of your vehicle, we do recommend a detailed inspection. Please be prepared for a wait as the vehicle is in need of considerable maintenance service due to neglect. We appreciate your job does not allow you to remain in one location except for very brief periods, but please, Alex, take the time to get your vehicle up to basic operational standards as you obviously need the reliability. While we empathize with you, we cannot be responsible for your refusal to implement repairs we have recommended. The final result was considerable inconvenience on your part which we predicted. In our opinion we do not deserve a one star review for a set of circumstances we did not create, and not given the opportunity to correct. We do wish you well on your lengthy journeys and, with good maintenance, your vehicle should serve you for a long time into the future.. Jimmy and the Sierra Service Center team.

Very informative place to get your car looked at. They will tell you exactly what's wrong. The shuttle services are professional as well.

Sierra Service Center

Visited this location on 4-16-16. Truck was dead and was forced to tow it. Sierra Service Center was really helpful in coordinating a tow, finding the problem quickly (blown fuse), and repairing it. Jim the owner was really easy to work with, and offered great professional upkeep advice and a fair price on all services. Highly recommend this location because most dealerships are closed on Saturdays and for those of us who need weekend upkeep done look no further! AAA location as well. Mom and Pop shop atmosphere with excellent service 5/5.

The absolute reflection of part of their name-"SERVICE"!. I purchased a new vehicle from a dealer and chose to have it serviced by the hometown little guys; the best decision I could have possibly made. The entire staff is always professional, polite, and very personable. I trust their their advice and workmanship. If someone was new to town and asked me where to go for honest and reliable vehicle maintenance or repairs, Sierra Service Center would be my answer. Thanx for your help guys!

Sierra Service Center

We took in our Jeep to get the brakes and rotors replaced and Sierra Service Center offers some of the most excellent customer service I've ever experienced in auto repair. Jimmy was so pleasant to work with and Mike took care of the repairs on the car. They knew the problem right away and even though they were busy they had it ready earlier than I thought. Jimmy's wife, Jean, offered me a ride to and from their auto repair, and she was such a joy. I also appreciated that they focused only on what I came in to repair. Overall, very professional and expert service!

The mechanics here are so helpful and thorough and they got us on the road in a short amount of time. They offered us water and had the most pleasant and down-to-earth, honest customer service. For any of your car needs this is the place! What a gem to have in Sierra Vista! :)
