Been a few years and i tried to do a review at the time and the system wasn't working, but in a nutshell, they worked on 3 vehicles and afterward i had problems with all the vehicles. I've limped along with the problems but are finally getting the last of them fixed. Initially my jeep wouldn't start so had it towed there and turned out it was the battery. But, they recommended $2300 worth of work that i had done because I had someone going to use my vehicle. They guaranteed no leaks and it had leaked ever since. Finally took it to brake masters and they asked who had worked on my vehicle because the brake bolts were loose and never tightened and that was my leak. Before I realized I'd been ripped off, I had them work on my 2 old vehicles for a tuneup.They guaranteed that they knew what they were doing. Ever since they had them, for months, the cars have had problems starting and don't run right. Spent thousands of dollars for nothing. Now I have someone else checking it out and it appears sierra service center messed up basically everything they touched. Thousands, thousands of dollars out the window. Haven't been back, never going back. I guess you don't keep very good records then. I tried to do a review and it wouldn't let me post it. We dealt with Ernie, and in fact, he contacted us wanting to know why we hadn't been back, and we explained that we were unhappy with the services and had worse problems with the vehicles since he'd had them. He never said anything about a warranty, and given that we had worse problems after you'd worked on the vehicles, no way were we going back. We have simply warned others by word of mouth.
OMG, years ago you had a problem and just now you decide to write a one star review? For starters we have no record of a Leslie Smith ever having done work here (yes, we keep records). Next, we have an absolute policy of two year, 24,000 mile warranty on parts and labor for all work performed here. That you claim to have had many issues and kept bringing vehicles to us without any claims or attempts to have any warranty service is beyond belief. Notwithstanding our head scratching on this review, we ask that you bring in your receipts of work performed and we will look into your claims. Your statement "They guaranteed no leaks and it had leaked ever since" is indeed questionable as most people who would experience this situation would call immediately and seek a remedy. Yet you did not even attempt to have the work corrected? You stated your spent "Thousands, thousands of dollars . . .". Surely you have kept your receipts if this is the case? We will be contacting Google to have your review removed as we have no record of any service performed, years have passed since the alleged problems, and you took no effort to request correction of the alleged problems. Most companies do not own crystal balls and cannot react unless a customer addresses problems on a timely basis.
