2 years ago the service was good. After this encounter if I could recommend 0 stars I could. They sliced my wire. After they told me the wires were fine all that needed to be replaced were the bulbs. I absolutely would not recommend. Absolute rip off charge $195 diag fee. Wanted over $600 for no more than an hr of work to change 4 side markers lights and the lights were even provided to them….. They said it will take 31/2 hrs of work. Military stay away they’ll try and take advantage.

Thank you for your comments, Anthony. There was obviously some miscommunication in the diagnosis and recommendations needed to get the marker lights on your Chrysler 300 into operational conditions. The existing markers had two separate failures. The left rear LED strip had a defective electrical connector. The right front LED strip was not functioning and needed replacement. The left front replacement of the front LED requires the removal of the front bumper as a radiator support bracket interfered with access to the LED hardware. The connector seemed to work on an intermittent basis. The wires could be wiggled and the LED would energize from time to time. You brought a box with aftermarket components which appeared to be suitable to replace all corners. We are not sure what the pictures you sent are showing. We can confirm we did not cut or splice any wires as we did not have approval from you beyond diagnosis. Diagnostic procedures are limited to tracing faults, in order to prepare an estimate. Following the diagnosis, we did prepare an estimate for you. You declined the service, which is absolutely the prerogative of the customer. You were not “ripped off”. You agreed to the diagnostic fee in advance and upon presentation of the estimate to install your components, declined service. Your unfounded remark regarding a warning to military personnel borders on scandalous and we do not appreciate your implication that we rip off our customers after being established in Sierra Vista for over thirty years. You were unhappy with your estimate, we get it. You obviously take pride in your vehicle (rightly so, it is in very good condition) but your final sentence is simply out of line. P.S. I am a veteran having served in combat conditions as well. Not in the least interested in exploiting our troops. 04/09/2025

Very friendly and efficient. Had our car in and out the same day for some front end work. Will definitely be going back for other car and truck repairs.

We brought our Kia into the Sierra Vista Service Center and were very pleased with the work and the staff. Seth and Rocky were lovely. I would definitely recommend this business for your auto needs!

WoW! Not enough room here to fully express how we were treated and the quality of work, so I'll just say, "Wow". On our way out of state when we blew a caliper, they right away took us in and replaced it and had us back on the road. Highly recommend everyone to come in for all of their AutoCare needs.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Work was completed in the time frame promised, at a fair price and with the extensive inspection I appreciate. Rocky at the customer service desk was very helpful and polite. Great experience all around.

Avoid this place like the plague, the service center has asked me to elaborate on my ranking I attempted to have brake pads changed at this location and indicated to the individual that I had purchased brake pads and have them in my possession They were more than willing to perform the work, until the individual I was dealing with suggested that I would need rotors also I explained that I did not and at that point they were incapable of doing the brake pad replacement unless I bought those through them which it is a NAPA service center, I explained that I had NAPA parts that I had purchased myself at NAPA Sierra Vista but because I was not going to purchase rotors from the Service Center that I didn't need, they no longer had any interest in doing the work I needed oompleted. So in short if I wasn't going to allow them to sell me something that I did not require, they were not going to do any work on my vehicle whatsoever, sounds like a great deal to me, doesn't it to you?

Would you please elaborate? We have no record of having performed any work on your vehicle. Your total lifetime spending with this company is $0.00. We will be contacting Google to remove your cryptic one star review.

They aided me with an emergency vehicle repair which brought me back on my feet within a day. It was expensive but I understood. They’re service and professionalism is some of the best I’ve seen. Will be coming back.

We worked with Ernie last year and were pleased with the customer service and work completed. Ernie has since retired, so our recent experience was not good. It took 6 days to order and replace a water pump and associated hoses, swap out a headlamp, and change the oil. We had even waited 2 days for them to take the truck by appointment! With every status check, the time to complete, parts needed, and cost went up. We don't know where the problem lies with this shop, but clearly they need to train the mechanics and front office in estimating and scheduling. They use automated diagnotic tools so they don't take a thorough look at the scope of work until they get into it. We rented a car from them and they only charged us for 2 days, which was nice; hence two stars. Still, we won't be going back to Sierra Service Center.

This is in response to your review and comments. We are sorry your recent experience ranked as low as you indicated. It is true we have a new crew up front however they have built up experience quickly and are providing excellent service to our customers. While you are correct we had your vehicle in our shop for six days (which did include a two day weekend), the bulk of the time was waiting for parts which had to be special ordered from Phoenix. All of these components, which were recommended based on inspection of the components needing replacement, as well as delivery times were approved by you prior to being placed on order. You were kept informed of any and all delays. At check out you appeared satisfied with our service and the delayed delivery time was discussed but seemed to be acceptable. Your negative comments made on line honestly surprised us given your positive demeanor at check out. Notwithstanding the extended time, which included an extension to the vehicle rental at no charge to you, your vehicle was delivered with all repairs and services approved, and as of this time is in extremely good condition (which in our opinion shows you obviously take pride in vehicle ownership by keeping all maintenance and services up to date). We are not sure what you mean by our shop using automated diagnostic tools “don’t take a thorough look at the scope of work until they get into it”. We do use state of the art digital vehicle inspection services which we provide at no charge to all vehicles processed in our facility. This is routine in nature and allows customers to have a digital health check up of their vehicles. Based on this report customers can elect to approve or decline recommended services. We would be pleased to discuss any of the comments we have made herein at your convenience.
